Application Form
The SMAT application form is to be filled out online on the university website at https://sme-snu.nopaperforms.com/. Aspirants have to enter all the required details in the application form. The details entered by the candidates in their application form must be correct to the best of their knowledge.
SMAT Entrance Exam
The SMAT entrance exam will be conducted online mode by Shiv Nadar University. Candidates will have to crack the SMAT entrance exam to pursue an MBA course from Shiv Nadar University. The purpose of conducting this entrance exam is to check the candidate’s overall knowledge of different subjects.
Personal Interview
All the candidates who clear the minimum cut-off marks of the SMAT 2023, will be called by the officials of Shiv Nadar University for personal interview (PI) rounds. The objective of conducting the personal interview rounds is to check the candidate’s personality and level of intelligence.
*Note – Shiv Nadar University will use candidates’ exam scores for selecting/ shortlisting candidates for MBA programs. The exam centres or institutions will not play any role in the SMAT selection process or in conducting any stage of the selection process.
SMAT Important Instructions
Before taking any step forward in SMAT 2023 entrance exam, candidates should read all the important instructions related to the exam and selection process.
- The application fee for SMAT 2023 exam will be non-refundable.
- The email address submitted by the students during the application process will be used for all correspondences until your enrolment is completed.
- The university does not allow any change in the email address after the application form is submitted. So, the applicants must carefully check the details they filled out in the application form before submitting it.
- All the applicants are suggested to use the SNU-MBA helpline in case of a quick response from the university officials.

The SMAT is the short form for the Shiv Nadar University Management Aptitude Test, which is organised annually by Shiv Nadar University to offer eligible candidates admission to various management courses.
All the candidates who have completed their graduation with at least 50% marks or CGPA from a government-recognized university can apply for the SMAT 2023 exam.
The SMAT 2023 selection process includes three different stages, which are – (1) filling out the application form, (2) the SMAT entrance exam, and (3) the personal interview. Candidates will have to clear all these stages to pursue admission to an MBA course.
The SMAT 2023 question paper will be divided into three sections. Each section will include the following subjects – Quantitative Aptitude, Data Interpretation and Logical Reasoning, and Verbal and Reading Comprehension.
