RULET 2023 Exam Analysis

  • The English language is moderately easy if one has a good grasp of basic grammar, vocabulary, and comprehension
  • The difficulty level of the legal reasoning section depends on the preparation of the appearing candidate. The more the candidate reads and gains knowledge of the recommended syllabus, the easier it will be for the candidate to do well in the exam. 
  • The section on current affairs and general knowledge depends on the extra study a candidate does at regular intervals of time. The more the candidate reads newspapers and magazines, the easier it will be. This section is all about being updated on what’s going on in the world.
  • Quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning include questions related to mathematics from the 10th standard. The maths of 10th standard is moderately easier than other classes as it includes basic trigonometry, equations, geometry, statistics and probability. The level of difficulty is again subjective but it is advised the more candidates practice, the easier the mathematical problems will seem to be.

RULET Examination Pattern

The paper will be of a total of 300 marks. The paper will consist of a total of 150 questions that have to be answered within 2 hours. The questions will be in the form of objective questions, more commonly known as multiple-choice questions (MCQs). For every correct response, 2 marks will be awarded. However, there is no negative marking applicable.
