What is PRT?
PRT is an abbreviation for Primary Teacher. An elementary school teacher is referred to as a primary teacher. They are in charge of educating elementary school children in grades 1–5. To become a Primary Teacher (PRT), a candidate must acquire a diploma in elementary education or D.EI.Ed. A D.El.Ed, or diploma in elementary education, a two-year full-time diploma programme that involves classroom training. PRT Exam 2023 Eligibility Criteria
Candidates must go through the eligibility criteria mentioned below in detail to understand the requirements that they must fulfil. Candidates who do not fulfil the below-mentioned requirements would not be allowed to apply for the PRT exam 2023.
- Candidates must have either of the following:
- Senior Secondary (or similar) with at least 50% marks and a 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education; OR
