IFFCO AGT Exam 2023 was conducted on 29 December 2023. Candidates who have submitted their application successfully can download the IFFCO AGT Admit Card from the official website. Earlier, the notification was released by the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO) on the official website. The IFFCO AGT exam is an annual exam conducted by the Indian Farmers Fertiliser Cooperative Limited (IFFCO). The exam is aimed at the recruitment for the post of Agriculture Graduate Trainee (AGT). 👉 IFFCO AGT Exam Pattern 2024

IFFCO AGT recruitment is conducted in four steps. There are two rounds of written exams followed by an interview and finally, the medical examination phase is conducted. Details about the exam pattern followed in the exam are given below.

Marking Scheme for prelims

• Each question carries 1 mark. That means total marks=150
• The duration of this test is approximately 1 Hr.

👉 IFFCO AGT Selection Procedure 2024

The selection process as mentioned above is quite simple. There are two written tests, prelims and main medical examination. 

Step 1: Prelims- Written Exam

The first step for the selection of candidates in the prelims written exam. There are approximately 150 questions for 150 marks. This stage will test your knowledge of agriculture and your mental ability. Subjects include numerical ability, logical reasoning, analytical ability, etc.

Step 2: Final Phase Written Exam

Candidates who clear the written exam will get selected for the final stage of the IFFCO AGT exam. The syllabus for this stage is not yet released. The final selection of the candidates depends on this exam.

Step 3: Interview

The next step is the Personal Interview round. The authorities conduct this round to make a final selection of candidates. There are certain interview questions that a candidate has to answer, such as:

• What are your hobbies and interests?
• Latest current affairs
• What is your philosophy for work?
• What makes a candidate suitable for this post?

Step 4: Medical Examination

The organisation is very adamant about the medical fitness of the candidates, thus the final selection depends on the medical examination. People may get rejected at this very stage.
