University of Waterloo Canada Scholarship

  1. Ontario Trillium Scholarship -  The Ontario Trillium Scholarships (OTS), valued at $40,000 per student will be awarded annually to new incoming international University of Waterloo doctoral students.
  2. International Doctoral Students Award- International students who are registered full-time in a doctoral program and who were admitted from a master's degree will receive an IDSA valued at $15,420 each year till the end of the third year of the doctoral program.
  3. Pierre Elliott Trudeau Foundation - The annual value of the award is up to $60,000 per year for a maximum of three years ($40,000 per year to cover tuition and reasonable living expenses plus up to $20,000 per year as a research and travel allowance).
  4. International Master’s Award of Excellence: This is valued at $2,500 per term for a maximum of 6 terms.
  5. Arthur F. Church Mechanical Engineering Scholarships: This is awarded to students who have exceptional academic and extracurricular records and are entering the first year of Mechanical or Mechatronics Engineering with an amount of $ 10,000.
