Which do you think is more helpful to the students: internet materials or textbook materials?

Q- Which do you think is more helpful to the students: internet materials or textbook materials, why do you think so? Include details and examples to support your explanation.

Ans: Internet materials, in my opinion, are far more beneficial for students. The internet, I believe, offers a better learning curve due to its infinite resources of books, articles, catalogs, and so on. There is abundant information available on the internet at any given time. In other words, you have instant access to all of the information you require. Textbooks, on the other hand, are more restrained in terms of giving up-to-date material. Purchasing each and every book required can put a dent in one’s wallet. Besides, most of the books needed may also be unavailable most of the time.

Having said that, I believe that using the internet instead of traditional hardcovers or paperbacks can be more cost-effective and convenient for students. For instance, I  can really download my preferred book for free on the internet. Furthermore, there are numerous websites that offer free PDF versions of paperbacks.  Another significant advantage of using the internet for studying is that I can access all of the world’s information on my smartphone, which can be carried anywhere I go. In other words, I can carry a whole library in my pocket. Books, on the other hand, are not only difficult to carry but also difficult to maintain. All in all, the Internet is a much more realistic option for studying.
