Study in UK: University of Warwick Economics Excellence Scholarship 2024 Open for International Students

The University of Warwick offers Economics Excellence Scholarships to international students and students from the UK. The Department of Economics will grant one Master’s scholarship to an outstanding applicant who has accepted their offer letter by 20th May 2024. The scholarship is meant for students enrolling in any one-year taught MSc courses. With this scholarship, the  University aims to facilitate access to a Master’s level of study in the Department of Economics to academically gifted students. The selection process is based on the academic merit the Strength of references and the personal statement of the students. This is an automatic scholarship. Hence, no separate application is necessary. 

University of Warwick Economics Excellence Scholarship 2024 Eligibility 

The eligibility criteria for the University of Warwick Economics Excellence Scholarship 2024  are as follows ; 

• Must be a UK student or an international student 
• The applicant must enroll in any of the eligible courses. That is, MSc Economic and International Financial Economics, MSc Economics, or MSc Behavioural and Economic Science (Economics Track)
• The applicant must be self-funding his/her education 
• Moreover, the student must take up full-time study at the university
• Students cannot defer or transfer this scholarship to another course outside the Department of Economics.
• Students may also qualify for the Economics Regional Scholarship. Applicants selected for both scholarships will receive the highest one.

University of Warwick Economics Excellence Scholarship Benefits 

The University of Warwick Economics Excellence Scholarship benefits is full tuition fees. That is, the selected student (home or international) will receive 100% of the scholarship. In such circumstances, the student will not have to make tuition fee payments. 

There is no application form for this scholarship. The eligible students who accept their offer letter by 20th May 2024 will automatically considered. The student must submit the admission application in the 1st or the 2nd round of applications. Applications that are made in the 3rd round.
