Study in UK: University of Essex Academic Excellence Scholarship 2024-25 Applications Open

University of Essex is offering Academic Excellence Scholarship to International Students. The scholarship offers a tuition fee discount up to £5,000 to the beneficiaries. International students enrolling in a postgraduate taught programme are eligible for the scholarship. Moreover, the scholarship is open to students from all departments (excluding East 15). • The applicant must have completed an undergraduate program from a recognised university abroad. Additionally, the student must have secured the score needed for the scholarship.
• The eligible courses include: MA, MSc, LLM and MRes degrees for the academic year 2024
• However, the scholarship is only available for the first year.
• The University of Essex  graduates are not eligible for the award.

University of Essex Academic Excellence Scholarship Benefit 

The University of Essex Academic Excellence Scholarship benefit varies on the basis of the country of the applicant. Moreover, those who have already received a degree from the UK can only receive an award up to £2,000. The University of Essex Academic Excellence Scholarship benefit for Indian students are on the basis of the marks. The benefit is as follows:

• Tier 1 55% or CGPA 6/10 or CGPA 2.4/4 (Tier 1)- £4,000
• Tier 2 60% or CGPA 6.5/10 or CGPA 2.6/4  (Tier 2)- £3,000
