Study in UK: This Diwali University of Sheffield Announces International Scholarships for 2025 

This Diwali, the University of Sheffield has announced undergraduate and postgraduate scholarships for 2025. The scholarships are available to meritorious students enrolling at the university for the first time. The benefit of the scholarship is a tuition fee reduction. You need to apply for the scholarships before the deadline. However, some scholarships do not require application. The reason is, that your application is automatically considered when you take admission. The University of Sheffield ranks 105 (as per the QS Ranking 2025). It is one of the best universities in the UK for studying.

Undergraduate Scholarships 

On this occasion of Diwali, several undergraduate scholarships have been announced for 2025. For example, the International Undergraduate Merit Scholarship 2025 provides EUR 10,000 every year, provided you maintain a 60% average score. Similarly, the International Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 grants a EUR 2,500 tuition fee discount. Some other popular undergraduate scholarships are:

• Delhi Public School Society (DPS) Undergraduate Merit Scholarship: Grants EUR 10,000 towards tuition fees to those who have studied at DPS.
• International Engineering Excellence Scholarship– Grants scholarship amounting up to EUR 3,000 for those securing A-level grades of A*AA or equivalent.

Postgraduate Scholarships 

High-achieving international students can apply for the postgraduate scholarships. For example, the International Postgraduate Taught Merit Scholarship 2025 offers a tuition fee discount of EUR 10,000, and the International Undergraduate Scholarship 2025 offers a discount of EUR 2500 to postgraduate students. Other popular scholarships you can apply for during this Diwali season are:

• GREAT Scholarships 2025 – India– This scholarship is provided as a result of partnerships between the GREAT Britian Campaign, and the British Council. You can receive a scholarship amount up to EUR 12,500. 
• The Sheffield MBA Scholarship Scheme: This scholarship offers a tuition fee discount of 50% for students enrolling in the MBA programme for the September 2025 intake.
