The University of Canberra offers international scholarships to students from South Asia. The scholarships are available to students enrolling in the international Foundations Studies, Diploma Programs, and Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations. The International Scholarships are open for Trimester 2/Semester 2, 2024 & Trimester 3, 2024. The benefit is a tuition fee discount. International Scholarships for South Asian Students Eligibility

The eligibility criteria for the international scholarships for South Asian students is as follows:

• You must be an international student
• Must be a citizen of India, Bangladesh, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Nepal, or Bhutan
• Additionally, you must be commencing your full-time study at an eligible course at the college for the 1st time 
• You can be an offshore or onshore student to receive the scholarship

International Scholarships for South Asian Students Benefit 

The benefits of international scholarships for South Asian students are as follows:

• Diploma Programs: Receive a 10% tuition fee discount 
• International Foundations Studies: Receive a 10% tuition fee discount 
• Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations: AUD  2000 off the tuition fees

Terms and Conditions for the Scholarship

The terms and conditions for the University of Canberra international scholarships are as follows:

• The scholarship amount provided is AUD or Australian Dollars 
• Limited places are available for the UC College scholarships. Therefore, the scholarships can change without notice
• The scholarship amount can’t be transferred to other intakes
• Moreover, sponsored or diplomatic students are not eligible 
• The scholarships are given on a first come first serve basis. You can be eligible for more than one type of scholarship or bursary. For example, you can be eligible for the ELIOCS scholarship (which gives a 15% tuition fee discount to students enrolling in University of Canberra courses)
• The academic course is either a UC College Diploma, University of Canberra International Foundation Studies, or Graduate Certificate in Academic Foundations.
• You must remain enrolled until Friday week 4 of class  (after the census date) to meet the eligibility requirements.
