Q- Describe a cafe you like to visit.

Ans: One of my favourite cafes to visit in Delhi is “Blue Tokai Coffee Roasters”, which is located in the vibrant neighbourhood of Saket. This cafe is a haven for people who love coffee and is known for its freshly brewed coffee. The atmosphere of “Blue Tokai” is warm and inviting. The decor is minimalistic yet very aesthetically pleasing. It is chic with wooden furniture, indoor plants, and a large window that lets in plenty of sunlight. The cafe also has an open coffee bar where one can watch baristas work. The menu of “Blue Tokai” is focused on coffee. They get their coffee beans from all over India, roast them in-house, and brew them to perfection. My favourite coffee there is “Sea Salt Caramel Mocha”. It is a delightful blend of coffee, chocolate, and caramel with a hint of sea salt. They also serve a variety of sandwiches, pastries, muffins, and cakes. Among them is the “Ham and Cheese croissant”, a must try and is like a chef’s kiss. I enjoy visiting this cafe, not only because of its coffee but also for the overall experience it offers at its bay. It offers a great place to unwind, sit back, catch up on some reading, and have a good conversation with people. The staff is very friendly and the service they offer is top-notch, adding to the cafe’s charm. A memorable experience I had at this cafe was during a tasting event the place hosted. It was an enlightening yet enjoyable experience as I got to know a lot about different types of coffee beans, their origins, and the art of brewing coffee. That day my appreciation for this place increased manifold.
