National Unity Day is celebrated on 31 October. It is a special day celebrated in India to sanctify the birth anniversary of the Iron Man of India, Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel. He served India as the first deputy Prime Minister as well as the Home Minister post Independence. India known for its unity in diversity celebrates this day with various activities.
