Chandigarh University Admission Process 2024

The admissions process at Chandigarh University 2024 has already started. To get admission to the university, you need to clear the CUCET examination. The CUCET exam is conducted in three phases CUCET-I, CUCET-II, and CUCET-III. You can now visit the official website to register for the CUCET (entrance examination). The university accepts the application form in both online and offline modes. Below is the detailed process for the same.

Online Mode – CUCET Registration 

There are three steps that you need to follow while applying for the CUCET examination through online mode. Remember, that there are a total of three phases of the CUET examination, each phase is active for a specific time period. You need to choose the phase which is active at the time of your application.

Step 1. Register at CUET

• Firstly, you need to log in and generate a User ID and Password at https://cucet.cuchd.in/index.aspx?type=cuchd
• Then, choose your running CUCET phase.
• In the given screen, register yourself by giving the required details.
• Now, choose the program of your interest.
• Create your profile after the registration process.
• Finally, when the registration is successful, you will receive a confirmation message through SMS/Email.

Step 2. Download E-Prospectus

• Once the registration is successful, you need to download the prospectus by paying Rs. 1000/-from the official website. 
• Thereafter you need to fill out the form to appear for the entrance examination.

Step 2. Pay Online Fees

• The last step is to book your seat by paying the registration fee through Payment Gateway or offline.
• Once you are done with the payment, you need to fill out the application form.

Offline Mode – CUCET Registration 

While registering for the CUET examination through offline mode, you need to follow the stated procedure.

• Firstly, you need to download the admission form through the official website of the university.
• After that, fill out the admission form with a demand draft of Rs 1000/- under the name of Chandigarh University, which should be payable at the university address
