SLET Score v. Percentile: SLET is a national-level entrance exam which is conducted by the SLET Commission Assam. Through this exam, eligible candidates will be offered the job of Assistant professor at government universities in North East India. There are a total of seven states included in this exam – Assam, Arunachal Pradesh, Sikkim, Meghalaya, Manipur, Mizoram, and Tripura.

How Is SLET Score vs Percentile Calculated?

The State Level Eligibility Test 2023 (SLET) score will represent the total marks secured by the candidates in the exam.

The SLET exam will be conducted in two papers, paper I and II. Paper I will carry a total of 50 questions and Paper II will carry a total of 100 questions. The SLET percentile will depend on two factors, the overall rank of the candidate and the final score in the exam. Check the table below to understand the SLET score vs percentile.

The SLET final score is calculated to be adding the scores of Paper I and Paper II which are divided into different sections.Any candidate receiving the highest marks in the SLET papers will receive a percentile nearest to 100 or 100.
Both the papers in the SLET exam will consist of a total of 300 marks, 100 for the paper I and 200 for paper II.The SLET is a national-level exam in which the calculation for percentiles is to 7 decimal places. This is done in order to avoid any clash among candidates who have scored somewhat similar marks in the exam.
For each correct response marked by the candidates, marks will be added to their scores.Percentiles are given between 0 to 100.  and this way candidates can determine their SLET score vs percentile.

The SLET exam is conducted in two parts – Paper I and Paper II. Paper I consist of 50 questions and Paper II carries 100 questions. The duration of the entire exam is 3 hours. The entire exam carries a total of 300 marks.
