History, Affiliations and Rankings
Established in 2003, Yorkville University has a total of four campuses in Canada, the campus is situated in Fredericton, New Brunswick being the first most, Since its first class in 2004, the university had exponential growth and development beyond the bounds of the institution. In order to do so, the institution has affiliations with various institutions and offers its students 60 transferable credits the university is affiliated with Bishop's University, Lakeland College, Toronto School of Management, Western Community College, and others. The institution is ranked in the top 200 universities of Canada.
Infrastructure, Campuses and Courses
The university has campuses located in Fredericton (New Brunswick Toronto (Ontario) Concord (Ontario) and Vancouver (British Columbia) through which it provides undergraduate degrees in four programs in subjects like Business Administration and Interior Design. The institution also provides its student's masters programs in four majors through online education options. The online education option is available at all four campuses and each campus is equipped with proper amenities and facilities in order to ensure that students do not encounter problems owing to institutional errors.
Accomplishments and Alumni
Yorkville University has recently started a portal to enable its graduated students to network with their alma mater. The portal has been fairly advertised and passed out students are delighted at being able to connect again. The university with its current students gained critical acclaim in faculties of fine creative arts area with exemplary art presentation in inter-institutional presentation. The university was awarded the Diversity and Inclusion Champion Award at the New Westminster Chamber of Commerce in 2021.
Student Diversity and Visiting Companies
Yorkville University has a different department to take care of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion which is headed by Thamina jaferi. The institution has presented a landmark by accepting the origins of the communities of diverse cultures and backgrounds in the regions at the campus locations. The university provides professional recognition of its programs in the career aspects of the students. The doctorate offered by the university is recognized at certain institutions and students can participate as members of the research degrees of these institutions.
