G. & Eliza Jane Ramsden Memorial Scholarship||These scholarships, named in honour of Eliza Jane Ramsden and her late husband, A.G. & Eliza Jane Ramsden Scholarships, were founded by a bequest from Eliza Jane Ramsden’s estate to the University of Prince Edward Island.||This scholarship is given to full-time students who exhibit both strong academic status and financial need.||Two students in the Faculty of Business’s accounting specialisation programme, one in their third year and the other in their fourth will each receive this award to pursue a CPA designation.|
|Alan Moore Memorial Scholarship||Family and friends of Alan Moore established this annual award at the University of Prince Edward Island in his honour. Alan Moore was a first-year University of Prince Edward Island engineering student. He was killed in a motorbike accident in 1983 when he was 19 years old.||This scholarship will be given to a second-year student who plans to enrol in the third year of engineering at UPEI.
