From VK to C in 50 Scholarship An anonymous donor established the “From VK to C in 50” scholarships in honour of the recipient’s 50 years in Canada. He came to the country as a refugee, took advantage of the educational system here, and in his professional life, he became a world-class nation-builder. This scholarship will be awarded to a full-time student starting at UPEI who satisfies the requirements for admission to their first year of study, is enrolled in an undergraduate programme or an articulated programme (College + University), and has proven to be in need of financial assistance. 
Canadian citizens and permanent residents will be given preference.
A. G. & Eliza Jane Ramsden Memorial Scholarship These scholarships, named in honour of Eliza Jane Ramsden and her late husband, A.G. & Eliza Jane Ramsden Scholarships, were founded by a bequest from Eliza Jane Ramsden’s estate to the University of Prince Edward Island. This scholarship is given to full-time students who exhibit both strong academic status and financial need.  Two students in the Faculty of Business’s accounting specialisation programme, one in their third year and the other in their fourth will each receive this award to pursue a CPA designation.
Alan Moore Memorial Scholarship Family and friends of Alan Moore established this annual award at the University of Prince Edward Island in his honour. Alan Moore was a first-year University of Prince Edward Island engineering student. He was killed in a motorbike accident in 1983 when he was 19 years old. This scholarship will be given to a second-year student who plans to enrol in the third year of engineering at UPEI. The recipient will be chosen based on the Department of Engineering’s assessment.  Maximum $500
Albert “Ab” M. Ferris Memorial Scholarship In remembrance of Albert “Ab” M. Ferris (1939–2020), family and friends have established this scholarship as a token of appreciation for his services to his community and family.  Two students in the Faculty of Business’s accounting specialisation programme, one in their third year and the other in their fourth will each receive this award with the goal of pursuing a CPA designation. Maximum $2,000
Ambrose Kwok-Yau Lee of SDU ’62 Scholarship Mr. Ambrose Kwok-Yau Lee established these honours through several donations to the University of Prince Edward Island. It will be given to a full-time student advancing to their fourth year of study in science who places highest in their third year. Maximum $1,000
