Labelling oneself as “depressed” can invoke fear of judgement and ostracization, creating a formidable barrier to open communication. Thankfully, societal attitudes are shifting, particularly in the digital age, where individuals are increasingly sharing their vulnerabilities and reclaiming the narrative around mental health.
To conclude,it is imperative to encourage open communication about depression and other mental health concerns.
