Ans: I agree with the statement that parents who do not exercise regularly should start doing so to be good role models for their children. Regular exercise plays a vital role in maintaining a healthy lifestyle. When parents engage in regular exercise, they are conveying to their children the importance of fitness maintenance. For example, a parent who makes a point to engage in daily jogging is not only taking care of their health but also imparting the values of consistency and discipline to their children.
Moreover, regular exercise can provide an opportunity for parents and children to spend quality time together. Hence, parents need to exercise regularly as it can serve as a great role model for their children, instilling in them the importance of prioritising and maintaining good health. This is why I firmly believe that parents should consider incorporating exercise into their routines. It is not just about their health but also about setting a positive example for the next generation.
