Study in Sweden: Deadline Approaching for GU Axel Adler Scholarship for International Students 

The University of Gothenburg (GU) Axel Adler Scholarship is available to international students. The scholarship is available to Bachelor’s and Master’s students for the academic year 2024-25.  International students wanting to study at the University of Gothenburg can apply for the same. The Axel Adler scholarship offers a tuition fee waiver to students. The scholarship selection process is based on the applicant’s qualifications regarding the study program. The Adlerbertska Grant Foundation, the Swedish Council for Higher Education (UHR), and the Adlerbertska Scholarship Foundation fund this scholarship program. The deadline for the application is on 1 February 2024. The declaration of results for the Bachleor’s applicants is on 18 April 2024. The results for the Master’s program applicants will be declared on 27 March 2024.

Axel Adler Scholarship 2024 Eligibility Requirements 

The eligibility criteria for the Axel Adler Scholarship 2024 are as follows:

• The student must apply for the on-campus program at the University. Moreover, the University of Gothenburg is the 1st priority of the applicant.
• Additionally, the applicant must pay the tuition fee in Sweden.
• Furthermore, applicants must submit their study applications by January 15, 2024. Likewise, applicants must pay the application fee and submit eligible documents by February 1, 2024. To make the application, visit the website www.universityadmissions.se.

Axel Adler Scholarship 2024 Benefits 

The Axel Adler Scholarship offers a tuition fee to the applicant. However, no other expenses would be covered. Moreover, for every program of study, there is only 1 scholarship. Certain exceptions are there. For example, Master’s programs in Fine Arts, Crafts, and Design have 4 scholarships available. Those who receive the scholarship will not have to pay the entire tuition fee.

The academic staff of the University of Gothenburg makes the selection for the Axel Adler Scholarship. The selection process considers the following things.

• The CV and the motivation letter submitted by the applicant
• The application to the chosen study program to determine the suitability of the program, and the desire of the candidate to study

Those who have applied to the university as their first choice, and meet the eligibility criteria can receive the scholarship. Such students will receive an email on February 8, 2024, regarding further details. Moreover, the students will be invited to apply for the scholarship.
