Study in New Zealand: University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship Applications Opening Soon

The University of Auckland is offering an International Student Excellence scholarship. Those wanting to pursue undergraduate and postgraduate studies can apply. The scholarship benefit is $10,000/INR 8.32 lakh towards compulsory tuition fees.  Moreover, a total of 50 scholarships are available. The International Student Excellence Scholarship applications will open on 10th October,2023. Interested students can apply for the same before 21st November 2023 for the semester 1 intake. The  University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship was introduced in 2016 with the aim of attracting new international students of high caliber.

University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship Eligibility

The University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship eligibility criteria are as follows:

• Must be an international student
• Enrolled in a PGDip or Masters of 120 points or in an undergraduate degree (with overseas secondary or post-secondary qualifications)
• Additionally, the applicant must have an international fee-paying status 
• However, students enrolled in Master by thesis are not eligible to apply

University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship Benefits

The University of Auckland International Student Excellence Scholarship benefit is up to $10,000 for postgraduate or undergraduate studies. Those interested in enrolling at the University are eligible to apply. Generally, the International Student Excellence Scholarship applications open 6 weeks before closing.  Moreover, the scholarships are available for a duration of 1 year. The offer rate of the scholarship is Bi-annually. 

Interested students can visit the official website of the university to apply. The applications are sent to the scholarship office. Next, a selection committee will access the applications. Lastly, the University of Auckland Council will grant the scholarship on the recommendation of the Selection Committee. The deadline for the scholarship is 21st November 2023.
