  • The candidates will be asked to acknowledge that they have not been in contact with any affected persons and that they are not exhibiting any symptoms. The candidates must answer such questions honestly.

It is also pertinent to mention here that candidates must carry proof of vaccination since they would be required to furnish it during the exam.

Cancellation of Appointments

It is possible that owing to certain exigencies, the candidate or the test centre may cancel or reschedule the appointment of the examination. In such a scenario, here are certain points that candidates should keep in mind:

  • Where the conducting body suspends a test centre, candidates with appointments scheduled during the period of suspension will be sent a cancellation notice by email. Subsequently, candidates will be able to book an alternative appointment.
  • Candidates who make up their minds about not pursuing their examination, can claim a full refund provided they cancel their appointment 14 or more days before the exam. Those cancelling the appointment 7-13 days before the exam will be refunded 50% of the fee while those cancelling less than 7 days before the exam will get no refunds at all.
