• Duly filled in visa application form (Croatian or English). You must also sign the visa application form 
• A Passport that is valid for at least 3 months beyond the duration of your stay. The passport or the travel document must be valid and must have been issued in the last 10 years. 
• Photocopies of your current and previous passports, and two passport-size photographs
• You must have a valid health insurance. The health insurance must be at least EUR 30,000 and must be valid in the entire Schengen area
• Submit your proof of residence in India. For example, an Indian residence permit
• A cover letter stating the reason for your stay, and detailed itinerary, duration of stay, and location of your stay
• Proof that you have arranged accommodation in Croatia, For example, a tourist-paid package, hotel booking etc
• Have sufficient funds to cover your travel expenses. You can submit 3 months of bank statements, 3 years of ITR, copy of your international credit card. Etc as proof.
• You must also have the intention to return to India.  As proof, you can submit your return tickets. If you are employed you need to get a visa request letter from your company head. Self-employed people can submit company registration papers.
• Minors need to submit their birth certificate and the decision of the component authority (for a person with legal guardians)
