• Ration card/ smart of parents (including the child’s name)
• Domicile certificate of parents/child
• Voter ID cards of parents 
• Latest electricity bill/water bill passport of parents/child
• Aadhar card of parents 
• Health/medical fitness certificate of the child
• For alumni category: AISCEE (Class XII) certificate or statement of marks of parents
• Transfer: Bonafide certificate/progress report of the child issued by the present school as proof of studying
