Important Dates

Ahlcon International School has released the list of the 2nd Draw of Lots for PRE-SCHOOL 2024-25 (provisional). The last date of the fee submission is February 9, 2024. To fill the remaining 24 seats, the following dates and instructions were released for the academic year 2024-25:

• The PRE-SCHOOL will conduct a Draw of Lots (all eligible with 50 points) on 06 FEBRUARY, 2024 at 3:30 pm.
• The serial number in the list will be the token number of the applicant.
• The child registration slip will be the entry pass for the Draw of Lots.
• The list of applicants selected in the 2nd Draw of Lots for PRE-SCHOOL 2024-25 have to submit their required self-attested documents by 8th February 2024 (Last date 9th February 2024).
• Only one parent is allowed to attend the Draw of Lots. It is advisable not to take the child with you.

• Copy of Registration Form
• Date OF Birth Certificate Issued by the municipal corporation
• Address Proof As per the norms
• Parents ID Voter ID / Aadhar Card
• Caste Certificate SC/OBC/ST issued by the competent authority
• Sibling Copy of I card of the student
• Alumni Relevant document
• First child/girl child Undertaking by the parents
• Single Parent Judicial Divorced order/ Death certificate of Spouse
• Immunization record / Fitness certificate Issued by the MBBS doctor

Eligibility Requirements 

The eligibility criteria for Ahlcon International Pre-Nursery Admission 2024-25 are as follows:

• The child seeking admission to Pre-School must have completed 3+ years on or before 31st March in the academic year of admission sought.
• Admission is granted purely based on relevant guidelines without any prejudice whatsoever. Parents/ Guardians are required to register their wards online as and when the notification is issued. Admission / Registration form is required to be submitted within the stipulated time.
• Registration does not guarantee admission unless the candidate has completed the entire process successfully.
