Chandigarh University Admission Process: Online Mode

There are three steps that you need to follow while applying for the CUCET examination through online mode. Remember, that there are a total of three phases of the CUET examination, each phase is active for a specific time period. You need to choose the phase which is active at the time of your application.

Step 1: Register For the CUCET Exam📝

The CUCET exam is divided into two different phases, namely, CUCET-I and CUCET-II. There is a different period in which each phase is active, and it may vary from time to time. Choose the phase that is active during the time of your application, respectively.

– Log In and Get the User ID and Password at https://cucet.cuchd.in

  • Sign in to the official CUCET website and begin the registration process. 
  • Go to the https://cucet.cuchd.in and follow the following steps.

– Select the current running CUCET phase

The Chandigarh University Common Entrance Test is divided into two different phases, namely, CUCET-I and CUCET-II. There is different time period in which each phase is active, and it may vary from time to time. Choose the phase that is active during the time of your application.

– Register Yourself

  • On the official website of the CUCET examination, enter all the relevant details.
  • You are required to fill in the related information available on the homepage of CUCET’s website.

– Choose the Program

Choose the programme of your choice in which you wish to register yourself.

– Create Your Profile

Once the registration process is completed, you need to log in to the official website with the required User ID and password sent through Email and SMS.

Once the registration process is successful, you will get a confirmation message on your registered mobile number.

Step 2: Download E-Prospectus

  • Once the registration process is successful, you need to download the e-prospectus by paying  Rs. 1000/- online
  • The prospectus includes the application form required to appear for the entrance test.
  • Fill in the application form included in the e-prospectus.

Note: It is important to fill out the application form and appear for the common entrance exam.

Step 3- Pay Registration Fee

You can finally pay the registration fee in the following ways:.

  • Net banking or using debit/credit cards through the payment gateway.
  • CUCET’s official website.

Chandigarh University Admission Process: Offline Mode

While registering for the CUET examination through offline mode, you need to follow the stated procedure. 

Option 1- Download Admission Form

  • Download the admission form by visiting www.cuchd.in.
  • Fill out the form and send it with the demand draft of Rs 1000/- drawn in the name of “Chandigarh University” payable at Chandigarh at the following address:

Option 2- Submit Admission Form

You can submit the admission form and get the prospectus by paying Rs 1000/- from Chandigarh University Campus or any local Admission Office of the university.
