The Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission (TNPSC) is an examination-conducting body responsible for the recruitment of staff into the state public service. TNPSC conducts recruitment drives for all TNPSC groups. That is, 1,2,3, and 4. It was established in 1929 with the Act of the Madras Legislature. TNPSC Group 3 Exam Eligibility Criteria

The TNPSC Group 3 exam is conducted to recruit candidates for the position of storekeeper in the employment and training department, junior inspector of cooperative societies, store-keeper, grade-II in industries and commerce department, and station fire officer. Indian applicants must be at least a graduate to apply for the same.

TNPSC Group 4 Exam Eligibility Criteria

TNPSC Group 4 applications are made for the position of village administrator, junior assistant (non-security), bill collector grade 1, junior assistant (security), field surveyor, draftsman, typist, and steno-typist grade 3.  To be eligible for the job role candidate must possess an educational qualification of graduation/SLCC. TNPSC Combined Engineering Services Eligibility 

TNPSC engineering services exam is conducted for the selection of Group B or the class 2 engineers in the state ministries and departments. No age limit is set for candidates from the SC/ST/SC (A) category. The same goes for destitute widows, Backward classes (Muslims), most backward classes and other denotified communities. Can I write the TNPSC exam after the 12th?

The TNPSC Group 1 exam eligibility requires the candidate to be a graduate. Hence, a student who has only completed the 12th examination is not eligible for the TNPSC exam.
