Following selection in the State Level Eligibility Test (SLET) 2023 and appointment as an Assistant Professor at a college or university within the respective state, candidates are obliged to adhere to specified Standard Operating Procedures. (SOPs). These SOPs may differ slightly depending on the state government or state agency that administers the exam; however, the following are some common procedures:

  1. Joining Letter: The state government or state agency will issue a joining letter to the selected candidate. The candidate must report to the college or university within the specified time period mentioned in the letter.
  2. Verification of Documents: The candidate must submit all the relevant documents such as educational certificates, age proof, caste certificates, and experience certificates for verification to the college or university authorities.
