PU UG Law Exam 2023 Application Process
Candidates who are interested in enrolling for the PU UG Law exam must acquaint themselves with the application process first in order to ensure they have all the necessary documents and information for completing the process. Candidates can follow the steps to apply for the exam:
Step 1: The candidates have to visit the official website of Panjab University and register themselves under the “Registration” tab.
Step 2: Candidates must enter their details correctly such as name, date of birth, mobile number and email ID.
Step 3: Once the details are filled up, click on submit and you will receive an application number, login id and password on your registered number/email id.
Step 4: With the received login credentials, log in to your portal, and complete the registration by filling up the rest of the details- educational qualification, communication and permanent address, course details and exam centre preference.
Step 5: Submit the application form. After submitting the form, log in again to pay the application fee either through online or offline mode. After successful payment of the application fee, you will receive a digital copy of a payment receipt, download it and keep it for later reference.
Step 6: Upon successful registration and submission of the fee, the candidates will have to upload a list of documents.

While registering for the PU UG Law examination 2023, the candidates are required to upload certain documents which they must keep handy to avoid any chaos. The list of documents that a candidate may require is as follows:
- Candidate’s scanned passport photograph
- Candidate’s scanned signature
Additionally, certain documents are to be sent by post along with the application form as per applicability. These documents are as follows:
- Caste certificate issued by the competent authority
- Persons with disabilities certificate
- Sports certificate
- Domicile certificate
- If claiming admission under the class B/C regular employee of PU, proforma for claiming 50% concession to PU regular employees (“B” and “C” Class) duly attested by the Head/Chairperson.

PU UG Law Exam 2023 Application Fee
For successful completion of the application form for the PU UG Law exam, the candidates are first required to submit an application fee. Without the payment of the application fee, the form will be considered incomplete and the application will automatically stand cancelled. The payment can be made through online mode using a debit card, credit card, net banking or UPI.
Payment can be made through bank challan as well. To pay through offline mode, the candidate has to generate a bank challan. Subsequently, the candidate has to submit the requisite fee at any branch of the State Bank of India. The application fee for the exam is noted below:

No, a candidate can not fill out two applications for the PU UG Law exam 2023. If a candidate does so, the application will stand cancelled.
