The Panjab University Management Entrance Test will be conducted on 16th March 2023. Applicants can visit the official website of PU MET and apply for the exam. The exam is conducted once a year in an offline mode. PU MET is an objective type exam and the student gets 120 minutes to give the test. PU MET Important Dates 2023

The date of the PU MET exam is released by the exam authorities. The other PU MET events  will tentatively be held as given in the table below:

PU MET Cut-Off 2023

To select the candidates, Panjab University does not set a cutoff for PU MET 2023 Exam. The exam takers must obtain a valid score; the PU MET 2023 cutoff is not something that is taken into consideration. The participating institutions that will accept the results of PU MET in the admissions procedure will choose the cutoff. To obtain the cutoff scores, aspirants must get in touch with the relevant college(s).

PU MET Admission Process 2023

After the PU MET 2023 exam, the admissions process will start. Participating institutes will decide the cut-off and selected candidates will be called for further processes. Given below is the admission process for PU MET exam:

  • After the results are out the students are selected on the basis of the cut-off.
  • Post that, they have to appear for GD and PI rounds. Qualifying for both rounds is necessary to secure admission to the MBA course at Panjab University.
  • The students must appear for counselling to verify their documents and other original certificates.

The selected candidates will be contacted for the group discussion and personal interview rounds. The applicants from different reserved and NRI categories will be considered in the General category only. Following the same criterion, they will also compete in their respective categories. Reservations will be made under Panjab University’s approved policies.

PU MET Merit List 2023

After the GD/PI round the authorities will generate a merit list which will have the names of all the selected candidates. The merit list is prepared based on all three rounds which are PU MET, the Group Discussion and the Personal Interview rounds. 

PU MET Counselling 2023

In this final step, The exam authorities will call the shortlisted candidates for the counselling process. Applicants have to bring their original certificates and other documents for verification purposes. The authorities will verify the documents and then only candidates will be selected. To secure the seat candidate has to pay the admission fee.


When will the PU MET 2023 cutoff be released?

PU MET cutoff is not released by the exam administration. There are no such criteria for cut-off. However, the participating colleges will release their cut-off.

Candidates who got shortlisted are called for PU MET counselling. Students have to verify their documents and pay the admission fee.
