JIPMAT Score vs Percentile: Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) is conducted by National Testing Agency(NTA) for IPM admission in IIM Bodh Gaya and IIM Jammu. Applicants who will crack the JIPMAT 2023 exam and have their names in the final merit list will be called for JIPMAT counselling. Applicants who appear for the JIPMAT 2023 exam will get their scores based on the number of questions that were right in the exam. The candidate’s overall rank will determine the percentile among all the candidates who appeared in the JIPMAT 2023 exam.

JIMPAT Score Vs Percentile

The Joint Integrated Programme in Management Admission Test (JIPMAT) 2023 exam consists of 100 questions. All the questions will be objective-type. Applicants have to answer all the questions within 2 hours and 30 minutes. Each question will carry 4 marks and for every incorrect response, one mark will be deducted from the total score. The candidates will get their scores based on the answers they have given in their response sheet.

The JIPMAT percentile will be calculated from the overall rank secured by the applicant. We have mentioned all the differences between the JIPMAT score and the JIPMAT percentile in the table below.

Applicants will be awarded four marks for every correct answer they marked in the JIPMAT 2023 exam. If any candidate has secured 10th rank out of 1000 applicants who appeared in the exam. This means that 9 candidates have secured a better rank that the candidate who is on the 10th rank.
The JIPMAT 2023 exam will also have negative markings. For every incorrect response, one mark will be deducted from the overall score. The candidate who has secured 10th rank out of 1000 candidates also means that the candidate is ahead of 900 applicants.
