Karnataka PGCET Counselling Process

The Karnataka PGCET counselling process 2023 will be consisting of different stages, starting from registration for counselling, physical document verification, generation of the secret key and the display of the seat matrix. Document Verification

Karnataka PGCET document verification will be conducted in offline mode, where candidates who have successfully completed their counselling registration will have to be present physically. When appearing for document verification at the specified centre, candidates need to carry their original documents with their photocopies, which will be verified by the officials of the Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA). 

Every candidate must confirm their rank ranges and date and time of document verification become appearing at the specified helpline centre. Those candidates who will clear this stage will be given a acknowledgement card and a verification slip, as a token clearance of this stage.

Generating Secret Key

Candidates whose documents will be verified successfully will be given a secret key, that will be used to register and codeword to log in at the online portal. This secret key will allow candidates to log in on the website, select and change options, save and delete any option and download allotment details.

Display of Seat Matrix

The Karnataka Examination Authority (KEA) releases the seat matrix after the completion of the first round of seat allotment. Candidates will be allowed for option entry after the seat matrix has been published.
