GATE Exam Reservation Criteria: The GATE 2024 application form will be released on 30th August 2023. Seats offered under the Graduate Aptitude Test for Engineering are reserved for candidates belonging to SC, ST, OBW-NCL, and EWS candidates. GATE 2023 was conducted on 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th February 2023. GATE is annually conducted at the national level to offer admission to top engineering colleges in India, such as NITs, IITs, IIITs, etc.

With the release of the GATE 2024 notification on 4th August 2023, the reservation criteria were released also. The GATE exam reservation criteria give insights into the number of seats reserved for various categories. GATE follows the reservation policy stated by the Government of India, where a specific number or percentage of seats are served for categories such as SC, ST, OBC-Non Creamy Layer, and Economically Weaker Sections.

Candidates appearing for the GATE and belonging to any of the above-mentioned categories must ensure that they are completely aware of this reservation criteria. GATE Exam 2023 Cut-Off

After the commencement of the GATE exam, the cut-off list is released by the officials of the IISc, Bengaluru.
