India’s Agriculture Insurance Company (AIC) holds a national-level offline recruitment test for the Management Trainee position. To be eligible, applicants must pass an Optical Mark Recognition (OMR) based exam. The AIC Exam is conducted every two years, providing an excellent chance for graduates and postgraduates to join the organization. AIC Exam Eligibility Criteria: Age Limit

- The applicant might be of Indian origin and have relocated from Pakistan, Burma, Sri Lanka, or East African countries like Kenya, Uganda, Tanzania, Zambia, Malawi, Zaire, Ethiopia, and Vietnam with the intention of settling permanently in India.

- For Information Technology: BE/B. Tech (Computer Science/IT) with a minimum of 60% Marks (55% Marks for SC/ST), or MCA (Masters in Computer Applications) with a minimum of 60% Marks.
- For Legal: Graduation in Law with a minimum of 60% Marks (55% for SC/ST), or Post Graduation in Law with a minimum of 60% Marks.
- For Accounts: B.Com with at least 60% Marks (55% Marks for SC/ST), or M.Com with a minimum of 60% Marks (55% Marks for SC/ST), or Chartered Accountants (ICAI) or Company Secretary (ICSI) or Cost and Management Accountant (The Institute of Cost Accountants of India), or MBA (Finance).

- If an applicant falls within a reserved category, they must provide the necessary caste/tribe/disability certificate during the verification phase.
- Alongside satisfying the eligibility criteria, candidates should attain scores higher than the AIC Management Trainee cut-off marks to be considered for shortlisting.
