Founded in 1860, Wheaton College, is a fully residential liberal arts college and graduate school, in Wheaton, Illinois. It aims at delivering an explicitly Christian higher education – evident in its motto – “For Christ and his Kingdom.” It has 40 undergraduate degrees in the liberal arts and sciences, and 18 graduate degrees in several different disciplines. The courses are offered by eminent professors- 93% of the full-time faculty having earning doctorates or other terminal degrees to their name. Wheaton College believes in the wholesome development of an individual and prides itself in being the ‘only first-tier evangelical liberal arts college’. According to Forbes 2019, it ranked at #122 out of 650 in America’s Top Colleges. In addition to that, The U.S. News and World Report 2020, placed it at #58 out of 223 National Liberal Arts Colleges.
