Established in 1997, Keck Graduate Institute was founded by Henry Ribs and is a private higher learning institution situated in California. It is a part of the Claremont Consortium which is an association of seven private colleges located in Claremont. The college has three schools divided in the disciplines of Applied Life Sciences, Medicine and Pharmacy and Health Science. It is home to over 600 students and has constructed four research centres in the state of California. Further, its School of Applied Life Sciences has been certified by the Accrediting Commission for Senior Colleges as well as the Universities of the Western Association of Schools and Colleges. The institute offers undergraduate programs in the field of Medicine, Pharmacy and Health Sciences. It also provides specialised master's degree courses in Human Genetics which has been accredited by the Accreditation Council for Genetic Counselling.
