Brigham Young University (BYU) which was founded in 1875 is a private, non-profit research University in Provo, Utah, United States. The university offers 62 master's and 26 doctoral degree programs. But the primary focus of the university is undergraduate education as it offers 179 such programs. BYU is one of the best universities for undergraduate programs. More than 33,000 students have been enrolled in the university for undergraduate and postgraduate programs and consists of over 1200 international students. Students scoring above 3.8 GPA have high chances of getting their applications accepted. Students applying through SATs must score in the range of 1280 to 1460. Students Scoring more than 1460 have a fairly high chance of getting their applications accepted. Students applying through ACT have to score in the range of 27-32 in which students scoring above the mark of 32 would be given preference over students below 32. The university has an acceptance rate of 51% which gives the applicants a fair opportunity to get into the University.
