e) To conclude, running or riding a bicycle has its own set of benefits, swimming offers a full-body workout for adults of every age, young or old, experts or beginners.

Swimming is a low-impact exercise that is suitable for every adult from the youngest to the oldest with varying fitness levels. Unlike running or bicycling which can cause strain in the joints, swimming allows people to have a full-body workout without the risk of injury. This is an ideal exercise for people who deal with joint problems, especially older adults. In addition to this, swimming is beneficial for every muscle of the body. From the core and leg muscles to the arm and shoulder muscles, the act of propulsion, pushing and pulling through water while swimming provides people with the overall development of all of these muscles present in the body.
