Eligibility Requirement
- The results of an authorized English language exam taken within the previous two years must be shown as proof by those whose official language is not English.
- The University of Tasmania requires fulfillment of prerequisites equivalent to the 12th in Australia for admission to any undergraduate program. Some courses also have prerequisites that must be completed, like Chemistry or Maths.
- The University of Tasmania requires a degree equivalent to an Australian bachelor’s degree for admission to the majority of its master’s by coursework programs.
- IELTS score of 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0 and a degree equivalent to an Australian bachelor’s degree is required by the University of Tasmania.
- Normal requirements for PhDs include an IELTS score of 6.5 with no band lower than 6.0 and the equivalent of an Australian bachelor’s degree with upper second-class honors or above.
