Ans- There is an ongoing debate about whether one’s career should be focused on pursuing a passion or simply serving as a means to earn a livelihood. While some people argue that the ultimate goal of a career should be to follow one’s passion, others contend that the primary purpose of a career is to provide financial security. In this essay, we will explore both viewpoints and provide a conclusion based on our perspective.

On the one hand, those who support the idea of following a passion believe that it brings greater satisfaction and fulfilment in life. They argue that when one is passionate about their work, they are more likely to enjoy it, work harder, and achieve greater success. 

On the other hand, some individuals believe that a career should be viewed as a means to earn a livelihood. Furthermore, they argue that it is important to consider job security, benefits, and other financial aspects when choosing a career, rather than solely focusing on personal interests.

In my opinion, the truth lies somewhere in the middle. While it is essential to consider financial stability and job security when choosing a career, it is equally important to have a passion for one’s work. However, it is crucial to remember that passion alone may not always lead to success, and financial stability is necessary for a comfortable life.

In conclusion, both perspectives on the purpose of a career have their own merits. While some argue that a career should be pursued for passion alone, others contend that financial stability should be the primary consideration.
