Q. Describe a time when you had to make a difficult decision. What factors did you consider, and how did you reach your decision?
Ans. A few years back, I faced a challenging decision about whether to pursue a job opportunity overseas or stay in my home country. This job was an excellent opportunity, offering a significant career advancement and a much higher salary than I would get here. However, it also meant that I had to leave my family and friends behind.
The factors that I considered were mainly my career aspirations, financial stability and personal relationships. I analysed the benefits of the job which were related to the experience that I would get and the financial security it would provide. On the other hand, I also thought about the emotional aspect of being away from my loved ones and the cultural adjustments that I would have to make.
After some contemplation, I decided to take the job. It was not an easy decision, but I realized that this opportunity might not come again. I discussed this with my family and friends and they were very supportive. They understood that it was a significant step for me and that they were always there for me.
In conclusion, making this decision was a difficult one, but after much consideration of all of the factors and having a discussion about it with my loved ones, I was able to make the choice that I believed was best for me.
