  1. Hi,
‘The Grand Duchy’s typical annual income is 42,482 euros, or 3,540 euros per month (all net)’

This sentence is not accurate..is NOT NET values..that is BRUT…
Average salary here in Luxembourg for not qualified person is around 2.400 to 2.600euros net , this is not enough to have a proper level of life…
Minimum net salary in Luxembourg, should be at least 300 euros higher from what it is now..
So to answer the Q1 – Should be around 3.000 – 3.100 euros net, and not from 2.400 to 2.600 euros as it is nowadays,

    Cheers

    1. Hi Albert,

Thanks for your valuable input! You’re absolutely right — the figure mentioned refers to gross salary, not net, and we appreciate the correction. The average net salary in Luxembourg for non-qualified roles typically ranges between €2,400 and €2,600, as you mentioned, which can indeed make it challenging given the high cost of living. Your suggested figure of €3,000–€3,100 net reflects a more realistic standard for a decent quality of life in Luxembourg today.
