Recently my Formative assessments have ended and the Diwali vacation is about to start. For the same, I am inviting you to stay at my house and we will enjoy this festival together.  At my house, Diwali is celebrated with great enthusiasm. We light up the Diyas and properly decorate our house. My mother makes special dishes for dinner and she is the best cook. Near our society, there is a playground where a Diwali mela is organized. The decoration of the stalls in the mela is so great. The playground dazzles with the lights of the decoration.  Also, many cultural performances take place, which are fun to watch. A play organized depicting the events in the life of Lord Ram leading to Diwali. We will also visit a mall nearby that gets decorated in the theme of Diwali. I am looking forward to you coming here to stay. When you get time, call me, it has been so long since we talked to each other. Till then, take care and give my regards to your parents. Recipient’s Name Recipient’s Address Dear (Recipient’s Name), Introduction Start the letter with a “Dear ABC” and maintain a genuine tone.  Body For the body of the letter, mention how you celebrate Diwali, include instances, mention what you plan to do at that time, etc. Whatever your purpose is for writing the letter, cover it properly. Include instances, experiences, etc, and make it interesting. Use a conversational tone.  Closing End the letter on a friendly note.
