The National Institutional Ranking Framework is known as NIRF. The Honourable Minister of Human Resource Development unveiled it on September 29, 2015, following MHRD approval. Overview of LPU NIRF Ranking 

According to the NIRF Rankings 2022, The Lovely Professional University (LPU) is ranked 47th overall among all public and private universities in India. It moved up 15 ranks from last year’s ranking, the highest ranking of any Indian university. Look at the comparison from the previous year and the NIRF Ranking for 2022.

In one of its global ranking lists, the World University Rankings for Innovation (WURI)-2023 placed LPU higher than well-known institutions like Harvard and Oxford. According to WURI-2023, LPU is placed 12th in the category of the “Fourth Industrial Revolution” category, overtaking Harvard and Oxford, ranked 23rd and 37th, respectively. With a global band of 101–200, LPU is ranked alongside other prestigious Ivy League institutions, such as Harvard, Cornell, and Pennsylvania, as well as institutions in the UK, Germany, Canada, Australia, China, Korea, and Sweden.
