Students should keep in mind that for every right answer, one mark is awarded and there is no negative marking. If the question is not attempted, there will be no negative mark for that as well.

The marking scheme of ULSAT 2023 is 1 mark for every correct answer and there is no negative marking. If the question is not attempted, no mark will be deducted for the same.
In ULSAT 2023, multiple choice questions (MCQs) are asked in both the 3 year and 5 year LLB exams. In the LLM exam, multiple choice questions (MCQs) and descriptive questions are asked.
In ULSAT 2023 a total of 150 questions are asked in total for both LLB and LLM programs.
