PU BA LLB Entrance Cutoff

The PU BA LLB exam date has not yet been notified on the official website. It is tentatively expected to be in the third week of June. The university will soon release all admission deadlines for the year 2023. The admissions possess is expected to begin by the last week of April. Students from all over India are welcome to apply for the exam that is conducted for a course offering 360 seats. 

As per previous records, the application forms will be out by the end of April along with a detailed notification and prospectus for the PU BA LLB exam. The date of the exam is expected to be in the third week of June. The PU BA LLB cutoff is based on the ranking and marking system. The Cut-off list indicates the minimum rank or marks that a candidate has to score in order to get admission to the university. The PU BA LLB cutoff is released at the time of the counselling and admission process.

PU BA LLB Cutoff Criteria

The cutoff of PU BA LLB is calculated by using some key factors. The college authorities consider the various points given to candidates at various points of the admission process and arrive at a decision based on the following. 

  1. Each college in the University releases its own cutoff. So the cutoff aimed by the candidate also depends on the college selected by the candidate. 
  2. Each year the difficulty level of the question paper is different and that is taken into account by the deciding authorities. If the question paper is difficult the score required to make it to the cut will be lower and vice versa.
  3. Average performance by the applicants. The overall performance of each candidate in the exam determines the cutoff. For example, if on average the candidates have not performed well in the exam only a few candidates will make it to the cut if the cutoff marks are high. 
  4. The total number of candidates who gave the PU BA LLB Exam is also a determining factor. 
  5. The revision of categories and reservation of the candidates and the number of seats offered by the university and its individual campuses.

To obtain a good score in the PU BA LLB Entrance Exam one has to start preparing early. The main subjects to prepare for the exam are General Knowledge and Current Affairs, English Language, Mental Ability, and Aptitude for Law
The candidates should divide their time equally amongst every subject at the beginning of preparation and then proceed towards investing more time in the subjects that need more work.
