Selection Process For IRMASAT 2023

IRMASAT is the entrance exam conducted by the Institute of Rural Management Anand (IRMA) for admission to its postgraduate program in Rural Management (PRM) and Fellow Programme in Rural Management (FPRM). The selection process for IRMASAT 2023 typically consists of the following steps:

1. IRMASAT Exam: The first step is to appear for the IRMASAT exam. It is a computer-based test consisting of multiple-choice questions on various topics such as Environmental Issues, Indian Economy, Key Social Issues and Agriculture and Rural India .

2. Group Activity: Candidates who clear the IRMASAT exam are invited for a Group Activity (GA) round. This round consists of a group discussion and a personal interview. The group discussion is usually on a topic related to rural development, and the personal interview is to assess the candidate’s communication skills, leadership potential, and motivation to work in the rural sector.

3. Writing Test: Candidates who are shortlisted after the Group Activity round are called for a Writing Test.
