The ICICI PO exam is a part of the structured Probationary Officer program conducted in partnership with the Manipal Academy of BFSI. It aims to recruit and train candidates for the Sales and Relationship Management department. It is a 1-year vocational training course consisting of 4 months of classroom training at the ICICI–Manipal Academy in Bengaluru, 2 months of internship at ICICI Bank branches, and 6 months of on-the-job training across bank operations. After the culmination of the program, POs earn a Post‑Graduate Diploma in Banking (Sales & Relationship Management) and placement within ICICI Bank as a Deputy Manager (Band‐I).

Eligibility Criteria for ICICI Bank PO Exam 2025

Candidates who wish to apply for the ICICI PO program and build a career in the banking sector must meet certain eligibility criteria. Applicants can refer to the eligibility requirements for 2025 mentioned below:

  5. After successfully submitting the form, an application ID will be sent to the candidate’s registered email ID and mobile number.
