B-MAT Application Process 2023 – Step-by-Step Guide
The application process for BMAT started on January 24, 2023, and will continue to go on till March 30, 2023. It is expected that the admit card for the respective exam will release in the month of April. As for the exam date, it is expected that the exam will take place on 9 April 2023. The application is still live and applicants can fill the same online by visiting the official website mentioned above (see table). It is necessary for the applicants to keep in mind that they fill out the application form very carefully as the authorities will not accept any changes once the application is submitted.
To make the payment, applicants will get three options – Net banking, Debit Card and Credit Card.

How to Fill Out Application Form?
To fill out the application form B-MAT., the applicants will have to complete the following four steps enlisted below:
Registration
Step 1: This is the first step before the user reaches the application form. This step will allow the user to login in as a new user. All candidates will have to complete the signup process via the official website. In order to complete the registration process, here are the steps the applicant needs to follow:
- Visit the official website of Bharati Vidyapeeth University
- Click on the tab which will read ‘ Apply for Online Admissions’
- Now, click on ‘Apply’ link which will be flashing against every course
- Register yourself as a new user
- Once you have been successfully registered, a Login ID, and a password will be created which needs to be saved for future use.
Step 2: After the successful registration, the candidate will be able to log in with the help of their credentials.
- Then, fill out all the required details such as name, parent’s name, email id, date of birth, etc.
- Make sure to upload all the relevant documents such as photographs ( 20Kb to 50Kb- .JPG, JPEG, PNG), signatures ( 10Kb to 30Kb – .JPG, JPEG, PNG), etc.
- Make sure that all the details are filled in properly. Don’t forget to cross-check before moving forward.
- Finally, click on the ‘Submit’ button.
Step 3: Application fee payment
Once the above-mentioned steps are done, the candidate will then be required to pay the required application fee.
As mentioned earlier, the application fee can only be paid online via Net banking, Debit Card and Credit Card.
B-MAT Application Fees
The application fee for the BMAT application form is INR 2,000 (including GST) which is also non-refundable. Applicants must see that this fee is the same for all the categories- ST, General, SC, OBC and be Male, Transgender, or Female.

If you are unable to upload the images check the size of the photograph and digital signatures. The size of the signature must be between 10 Kb to 30 KB. Whereas, the size of the photograph must be between 10 KB to 50 KB.
Once the BMAT application form has been successfully submitted along with the fee payment, candidates will receive a confirmation email and SMS to their registered email address and phone number.
No, the exam fee is non-refundable even if you are unable to appear for the BMAT exam.
