Admission Procedure

Here is the detail for Greenwood International School Admission Process:

• Visit with Prior Appointment: To initiate the admission process, schedule a prior appointment. The school welcomes visitors from Monday to Friday between 9.00 am to 3.00 pm and on Saturdays from 9.00 am to 11.30 am. During the visit, the admission office will provide detailed information about the school, its methodology, facilities, and fee structure and guide through the admission procedure. Additionally, the new student will have the opportunity to take a campus tour.
• Interactive Assessment: As part of the participative approach to education, the school believes in assessing the child’s readiness for the applied class through interaction and a written exercise. This interaction will help understand the child’s abilities better. The Principal will meet the parents along with the child and upon approval, the parents can proceed with the admission.
• Online Student Application Form: To apply for admission, access the Online Student Application Form at https://online.greenwoodhigh.edu.in. Click on “New Admission” to start the application process. This will generate a unique “Application Number” that will be used for further approvals, documentation and communication with the school.

Documents Required for Greenwood International School

Kindly submit the following documents duly signed and scanned as a part of the application process:

• Application form with signature.
• Student’s Birth Certificate.
• Immunization Record (only applicable until Grade V).
• One recent passport-size photograph of the Student.
• Previous 2 Years Report (only applicable until Grade IX).
• Local/Current address proof (choose one from the following options):
• Unique Identity Card of the mother/father/child issued by the Government of India (AADHAAR CARD).
• Passport in the name of any of the parents or the child.
• Rental or lease agreement.
• Any relevant documents (at the discretion of the records department).

Additionally, please ensure the submission of the following documents before the start of the academic year (the exact date will be announced by the admission department):

• Promotional marks card for the current academic year.
• Original Transfer Certificate (TC) from the current institution.
• For Grade XI applicants, a Migration Certificate is required.
