  • The Applicant must be an Indian citizen for the job of TTE in the Indian Railways Department.
  • They should have passed the 12th exam with a minimum of 50% marks.
  • The government has set an age limit between 18 and 25 years for the applicants. 
  • The age limit for categories like SC, ST, and OBC has been increased from 2 to 5 years.

How to Become a TT in Railways?

1. All Documents like Photographs, Certificates, Signatures, etc. Scan and keep them ready.
2. Open RRB’s official website and RRB centralized employment notice (CEN) for recruitment of in Homepage Travelling Ticket Examiner (TTE)
3. Fill in your Basic details like Mother’s Name, Aadhar Number, SSLC/Matric Registration Number, Mobile Number, and email-ID.
4. Need attention if you have a Certificate of ITI/NAC If you enter the YEAR of Passing/Registration number of ITI/NAC instead of Matric/Matric SSLC.
5. You will receive an OTP on your  Email or Mobile Number and you need to verify your email and Mobile Number.
6. Fill the application with some important details from you like Educational Qualification, Gender, Religion, Ex-SM, PwBD, CCAA, Minority, Economically Backward Class, etc will be asked. 
7. Make a payment and save the receipt.
8. Submit the Final Application and print the Application or save it to your computer.
